What we collect
- Email list (Buttondown). If you sign up for free drills or updates, your email address is collected and stored by our email provider, Buttondown, which may also record subscription details and whether emails are opened or clicked. You can unsubscribe at any time via the link in every email. See Buttondown's privacy policy at buttondown.com.
- Purchases (Gumroad). Checkout is handled by Gumroad. Gumroad collects your payment details, name, email, and country to process the order and deliver your download. We receive order information (such as your name, email, and what you bought) but never your full card number. See Gumroad's privacy policy at gumroad.com.
- Website. This site is a static site served through Cloudflare, which may process technical data such as IP address and browser information for security and performance. We use Cloudflare Web Analytics, a privacy-first service that doesn't use cookies or track you across sites, to count page visits in aggregate.
How we use it
To send the emails you asked for, deliver your purchase, provide support and refunds, and keep the site secure. We don't sell your personal information.
Your choices
Unsubscribe from emails at any time. To access or delete information we hold, email hello@107charts.com.
EU/UK and California residents
If you're in the EU/UK, you have the right to access, correct, delete, or export your personal data, and to object to or restrict its processing. We process it to fulfil your purchase (contract) and, for email updates, with your consent, which you can withdraw anytime. You may complain to your local data protection authority. If you're a California resident, you have the right to know, delete, and correct your personal information. We do not sell or share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising.
