License
Buying the pack gives you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the digital files for your own individual study. You may not resell, share, sublicense, or publicly post the files or any substantial part of them. Team, school, and multi-user licenses aren't offered.
Preorders and delivery
The drill pack is sold as a preorder. It will be delivered by email through Gumroad by Nov 16, 2026. You can cancel anytime before delivery. Full refund anytime before delivery, by Nov 16, 2026. Plus a full refund within 14 days of delivery, no questions asked.
Purchases
Payments and delivery are handled by Gumroad and subject to Gumroad's terms. See our refund policy.
Liability
The site and pack are provided "as is". To the extent allowed by law, we aren't liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from their use.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Washington, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute will be handled in the state or federal courts located in Kitsap County, Washington, except where your local consumer law gives you the right to bring a claim where you live.
